Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

4. Refund Process

  • Upon approval of your claim for a damaged or defective product, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • The refund process will typically take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Products that are not defective or damaged.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items on clearance or sale.
  • Orders that have already been processed and shipped.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
