Return and Exchange Policy

At Anime Thela, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your options.

1. No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for purchases made on animethela.com, except in the case of damaged products. All sales are considered final.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product. Please follow the steps below to report the issue:

  • Send an email to hello@animethela.com with your order number.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Describe the issue in detail.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will either:

  • Offer a replacement of the product (subject to availability).
  • Offer an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value if the same product is unavailable.

Note: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care is not covered by our return policy.

3. Eligibility for Exchanges

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Sizing Issues: If you receive a product that does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
  • Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging, with tags intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items on clearance or sale.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, email hello@animethela.com with your order number.

6. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will ship the exchange product at no additional shipping cost.

7. Processing Time for Returns and Exchanges

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange within 7 business days. If approved, the exchange process will begin immediately, and we will send you the new product.
