4. Pricing and Availability

5. Shipping and Delivery

We use Shiprocket for shipping and delivery services. Shipping times generally range from 2 to 7 days depending on your location. Delivery costs will depend on your location and are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• No Refunds: Refunds are not offered unless the product arrives damaged.
• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you must inform us within 12 hours of receiving the order by emailing hello@animethela.com with photos of the damage.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues within 7 days of receipt of the product.
• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
